TERM & CONDITION:

l All of the prices are per Bungalow / night / including breakfast . l They include a 10 % government tax . l Special pricing for extended periods of stay are available on request. l Free Welcome Drink. l Complementary tea and Balinese coffee will be served during daylight hours.

BOOKINGS and PAYMENTS :

l A booking fee of 20 % is required. This deposit fee is non returnable in case of cancellation. l Booking fees may be paid via bank transaction. l The full amount of your reservation should be in our bank account at least 4 weeks in advance of your arrival. A cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival, the remaining amount due will not be returnable. l Special arrangements: An extra fee of  € 10,00 per night including  breakfast is charged for a third guest.
